Council to vote on $2M property transfer for recreation center
The Artesia City Council will hold a public hearing on a variance for a manufactured home and consider several resolutions including a $2 million transfer of property to the Artesia Recreation Center Foundation, a purchase of real property at 1002 W. Richey Ave., and setting a public hearing for a cannabis dispensary special use permit. The council will also discuss applying for a State Fire Grant and a non-binding letter of intent to transfer the Roselawn School property to HF Sinclair Navajo Refining.
