✓ Decided: Council approves public works contracts, seal ordinance, CDBG closeout

The City Council approved consent agenda items including two public works agreements (CNG Equipment Removal with Kern Craft Construction, Walnut and 4th Street Pathways with Eclipse Construction Services), participation in the Used Oil Payment Program, adoption of SB1 project list, and a work release program agreement.
