Planning Commission
The commission will consider a conditional use permit for signs at Silver Street and 14th Street. They will also review a rezoning request for a parcel in Section 12-12-9 and potential reductions to vehicle stacking requirements at Icehouse Ridge I Addition.

City Council
The Ashland City Council will consider Ordinance 1260 to approve a new Comprehensive Development Plan. They will also vote on Ordinance 1259 to vacate 23rd Street and an alley. Resolutions for agreements with JEO and HDR for a Pedestrian Underpass Project are up for adoption. Additionally, the council will discuss renaming Courtyard Court to Courtyard Plaza.
