Administrative Council

City Council
The Council is considering several financial ordinances including a new Infrastructure Capital Fund and $15 million in public improvement bonds. They are also reviewing zoning requests for residential duplexes and office warehouses, as well as street repair funding.

Introduced were ordinances to donate radios to Webster Parish Fire District, partner with Red River FC, create an Infrastructure Capital Fund, increase the general fund balance minimum to 25%, and refinance up to $15 million in sales tax bonds.
