Board of Aldermen
The Board of Aldermen will vote on whether to accept the completed Fiscal Year 2025 Audit and Financial Statement, which was previously presented as a draft. The final audit is due to the State of Missouri by June 30, 2026. This is the only substantive item on the special meeting agenda.

Sustainability Commission
The Sustainability Commission will discuss model anti-idling ordinances from nearby cities and decide on provisions for a proposed Brentwood ordinance. They will also consider co-sponsoring a community Repair Fair with Perennial. Staff reported that the Public Works Committee approved recommendations for the Switch Together program and a Sustainability Dashboard, which now goes to the Board of Aldermen for approval on July 20.
