Metro Board of Adjustment
The Metropolitan Board of Adjustment will hear five requests for variances or exceptions to the Unified Development Code. Most involve reducing required setbacks for additions or accessory structures. The most significant is a request to reduce a required 25-foot rear yard to 6 feet for a pool house on McCarroll Drive.

Historic Preservation Committee
The Historic Preservation Commission holds public hearings on two demolition by neglect cases deferred from May: 645 North 8th Street and 764 Spanish Town Road. Metropolitan Council

Mosquito Abatement & Rodent Control Board
