Cherry Hills Village Art Commission
The Art Commission will discuss and vote on a recommendation to City Council to approve a loan of eight painted calaveras (skulls) from curator Alexis Newton for $10,000, to be displayed in City Hall for two weeks in October 2026 as part of a Dia de los Muertos event. They will also review the 2026 event planning and financial update, and plan the 2027 work plan and artist directory update.

Planning & Zoning Commission
The commissions will review an update from a Nexus Study regarding how the City calculates requirements for park land or cash payments from developers. The study suggests moving from a land-area formula to a population-based method to ensure park services keep pace with community growth.

Parks, Trails & Recreation Commission
