Parks Board

City Council

Planning Commission
The commission approved a preliminary plat to combine five parcels at 1207 State Hwy 25 N for an entertainment center expansion (4-0). They also approved the nomination of the 4th Avenue NW Heritage District to the City Register of Heritage Places (3-0-1). Staff was directed to draft amendments to the craft retreat ordinance, removing the 500-foot owner-proximity requirement and broadening the use category. No formal action was taken on the recovery housing ordinance, which will return for a public hearing.
