Public hearing on Deerpath Enclave subdivision and lot sales policies
The council will hold a public hearing to consider resolutions for street renaming, a development agreement, and preliminary/final plat for the Deerpath Enclave residential subdivision. They will also vote on policies for selling lots in Clearwater Preserve and approve specifications for WWTP aeration blowers and downtown walkway renovation. Consent agenda includes non-renewal of a land lease at the airport and acceptance of a Heritage Preservation Commission resignation. A closed session is planned to discuss West Water Tower land acquisition.
