Design Review Board

City Council
The City Council will hold public hearings on adopting the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and setting the FY 2026-27 appropriation limit of $211,535,544. They will also receive the annual recruitment and vacancy report (4.6% vacancy rate), a presentation on the Workforce Housing Program Plan, and review the Midwick Park/Alhambra Hills Tract Preferred Parking District.

Arts & Cultural Events Commission

They will also review community art ideas for the Alhambra Community Center, including kinetic sculptures and peace poles. Staff will report on the 2027 Tournament of Roses float design and the 'Faces of Welcome' contest. The commission will also approve minutes from the May 20 meeting.
