The city commission will hold public hearings on multiple zoning changes, including making hospitals a conditional use in the B2 district and creating a new overlay for the Aventura Metropolitan Urban Center. They will also vote on a sign graphics variance for Aventura City Center, approve several contracts (IT server room HVAC for $124,920, watershed master plan for $269,266, and a $223,675 construction services contract), and consider fee adjustments including annual administrative changes to permit fees and increasing lien search fees from $50 to $125. The consent agenda includes extensions for disaster debris monitoring and recovery services, and a watershed planning grant.

Advisory Boards Meetings
