Streetscape Committee
The Streetscape Committee will consider replacing a committee member and hear financial and engineering updates, including the Sue Ann Pecan Street project and pole/meter bank plan. They will also receive fundraising reports from teams and discuss next steps for various teams.

Transportation Planning and Advisory Committee
The Transportation and Planning Advisory Committee will discuss updates on several ongoing projects, including Jake Brake and radar signs, a welcome sign, the criteria manual, and a grant for the Wheels and Feet project. A major item is the development of an outline for a calming plan on U.S. 281 and coordination of sub-tasks. The committee will also review drainage, parking, and sidewalks at 4th and Pecan Street.

Capital Improvements and Asset Management Advisory Committee
The Capital Improvement and Asset Management Advisory Committee will discuss the initial bond tranche for 2026-2027, including designs and timelines for water distribution, wastewater collection, and street improvements. They will also review utility rate increases and consider deferring a wastewater service extension along South Hwy 281. Status of a TWDB grant submittal and capacity studies for existing systems are on the agenda.
