Planning & Zoning Commission
The Bonham Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and vote on a proposal to annex and rezone a 97.6-acre parcel at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 82 and Country Club Drive into a Planned Development District with Single-Family Residential base zoning. They will also consider a concept plan for Legacy Ridge Phase 4 and a separate rezoning of a 1.1-acre lot from Central Business District and Multifamily to entirely Central Business District at West 6th and Willow Streets.

BEDCO
The Bonham EDC board will approve minutes and financial reports, take public comments, and receive updates on downtown, tourism, and marketing initiatives. The board will then go into closed session to discuss real property, legal consultation, and economic development negotiations for 'Project Grande,' with possible action to follow.
