City Council
The DeRidder City Council will consider several ordinances, including rezoning a property on Highway 190 from Open Land to General Business, authorizing a lease for water meters and a contract for advanced metering infrastructure services, and appointing a new city attorney. Public hearings will be held on contracts for July 4th entertainment, an emergency water agreement with Magnolia Water System, a regional housing study, and a youth football league agreement. The council may also go into executive session to discuss hiring a city council clerk.

Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on a special exception request for a Verizon cell tower and a rezoning for commercial development, and introduce a rezoning request for a duplex. No final action will be taken; the meeting is for discussion and public input.
