Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear and decide on six area variance applications from property owners seeking relief from setback, lot coverage, and parking requirements in residential zones. These include requests at 204 Grand Street, 143 West Parmenter Street, 123 Lander Street, 411 First Street, 139 Renwick Street, and 189 Grand Street.

Planning Board
The Planning Board will discuss multiple site plans and subdivisions, including a large mixed-use building with 143 apartments and retail at Liberty Street. Public hearings are scheduled for a 5-building mixed-use development at 2 Washington Street and a three-story building at 143 West Parmenter Street. The board will also review several conversions of existing buildings into housing and retail, as well as subdivisions for townhouses.

Industrial Development Agency (IDA)
