The Vassar City Council will consider a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) request from Deshano Development Corp for the Valley Green Apartment complex. Parks and Recreation
The commission will discuss preparations for the Recreation Master Plan 2030, set a date to open the Summer Rec Time Capsule (July 15 or 29), seek new members to fill 7 vacancies, and review disc golf course maintenance. The meeting also includes approval of previous minutes and public comment.

DDA
The DDA approved changing the December event name from Frosty Fest to Christmas in the City and will include Santa and Mrs. Claus at the tree lighting. Several financial approvals were made: $2500 for fountain maintenance, $6000 for watering and maintenance of Floer Pots, $2023 for pet waste stations, and a $150 damage deposit for the Kill the Hill 5K. Other items were tabled for future meetings.
