Planning Board
The Planning Board will hold public hearings on several items, including an extension of a telecom tower site plan at 14 Tuttle Road, a site plan amendment for saunas and tent sites at 35 Wander Way, and a sketch plan review for The Heights at Cumberland mixed-use development on Sky View Drive. The board will also make a recommendation to the Town Council on zoning amendments for the Office Commercial-South district. Additionally, staff will approve a site plan for a carpentry shop at the Cumberland Fairgrounds.

Town Council

Comprehensive Plan Committee 2025
The Comprehensive Plan Committee will review and approve the draft of the town's long-term planning document. The committee also intends to set a date for the formal public hearing on the plan.

The committee approved the introduction to the comprehensive plan as amended. Members continued proofreading the draft plan and will submit edits by June 17. The next meeting is scheduled for June 25 to approve the draft and schedule a public hearing.

Town Council
The Town Council unanimously tabled a 3-year contract with Cumberland County for General Assistance administrative services after Councilor Thorsson noted typos and vague cost structure. They also set a public hearing date of June 29 for a liquor license renewal for First Tracks Investments, LLC. The June 22 meeting was rescheduled to June 29. All votes were unanimous.
