Derby City Council

Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider two exception requests: one to allow a wood privacy fence taller than permitted at 1618 S. Pecos Dr., and another to permit a fence and shed within front and side setbacks at 1608 S. Chaparral St. The board will also approve minutes from a previous meeting.
