Planning Commission
The Gulf Shores Planning Commission will hold public hearings on four development proposals at its June 23 meeting. Items include prezoning and annexation of 5.6 acres for single-family at Oak Place, a 233-lot PUD on 80 acres at Audubon Oaks, and a 304-lot PUD on 148 acres at Ellenburg, along with associated annexation.
