City Commission

City Commission
The City Commission will discuss authorizing up to $6 million in general obligation bonds to fund public infrastructure for the Tallgrass Phase 4 housing development. Planning Commission
The Commission will review a final plat for the 161 Addition, also known as the Braun Property, located at the northeast corner of the Exit 161/I-70 interchange. The project consists of two blocks containing 13 lots ranging from 1.2 to 9.7 acres. City staff recommends approval as the plan meets all current subdivision regulations.

Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to approve previous minutes and discuss a request to increase a fence height from 6ft to 7ft. No final action will be taken on the fence variance at this meeting, as a public hearing is scheduled for July 20, 2026.
