City Council
The Highland Heights City Council will hold a third reading on a conditional use permit for Sky Zone at 750 Alpha Drive. They will also consider a first reading of a contract with A&J Cement Contractors for the 2026 Concrete Repair and Sidewalk Program, not to exceed $840,775. The meeting includes a time capsule reminder and a motion to adjourn into executive session for personnel matters.

Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings and vote on three specific land-use requests. These include a residential building variance and two conditional use permits for local businesses.

Architectural Review Board
The Architectural Review Board meeting scheduled for June 22, 2026, has been canceled because there are no matters for consideration. The next meeting is set for July 13, 2026.
City Council
Council authorized a two-year extension of the city's solid waste and recycling collection services contract with Kimble Recycling and Disposal, beginning June 19, 2027 through June 17, 2029. The motion passed unanimously. No other legislative actions were taken; remaining agenda items were informational reports and proclamations.

Planning & Zoning Commission
No substantive decisions were made at this meeting. The public hearing for a variance at 957 Millridge Road was continued to June 22 because the public notice omitted the height variance request. Two other conditional use permit applications (martial arts school and outdoor food/alcohol consumption) were scheduled for public hearings on June 22. The commission also discussed expired permits and digital document distribution but took no action.
