City Council
The council will adopt a resolution to renew a three-year cooperative agreement with Kern County for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and related funding, expected to bring approximately $50,000 per year. Also consider approving street closures for the 4th of July parade and kids parade.

They will also appoint two members to the Planning Commission from applicants Kim Nixon and Chris Frost. Closed session includes discussion of four lawsuits with Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District and real property negotiations.
