Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2 Board
The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2 Board will discuss and take action on acquiring the Palo Pinto Abstract Property for $600,000 for municipal facility purposes. Board of Adjustment and Building and Standards Commission Meetings
The Mineral Wells Board of Adjustment and Building and Standards Commission will hold public hearings on four requests for special exceptions to setback requirements in single-family residential districts. The requests involve constructing carports closer to property lines and reducing setbacks for replatted lots with accessory buildings.
- Special exception for attached carport within 5 ft of front property line at 4109 NE 5th St.
- Special exception to reduce setbacks for replatted lots with accessory buildings at 1313 & 1315 SE 19th St.
- Special exception for detached carport within 3 ft of side and 5 ft of rear property line at 2200 Autumn Court.
- Special exception for detached carport within 5 ft of front property line at 701 Beetham Rd.
