Planning Commission
The Planning Commission will review a proposed expansion of the Aquatic and Fitness Center. They will also consider creating a waterfront park at Grande Dunes North Village Boulevard and approving several subdivision plats.

City Council
The North Myrtle Beach City Council will finalize the FY 2027 budget and set the new tax levy. Council members will also vote on a $18 million limited obligation bond pledge and a lease-purchase agreement for municipal vehicles. Additionally, the council will review zoning amendments that remove bedroom caps in residential districts and modify the Hope Pointe Planned Development District. Routine consent items include event approvals and the Cherry Grove property assessment roll update.
