Centennial Committee

Planning Commission
The commission will hold public hearings and vote on two conditional use permits (CUPs) for major developments. The first is a new mixed-use project at 1890 NE 146th St with 600 apartments, townhomes, retail, and a parking garage. The second is a modification of an existing CUP for a development at 1255 NW 135th St. Staff recommends approval of both items.

Centennial Committee
The Centennial Committee will discuss planning details for the February 2027 centennial gala at NoMi Village, including the event budget.
