City Council
The City Council will consider authorizing sales tax revenue bonds and notes to fund the Champtown project. This development is planned as a tourism hub featuring an aquarium, multi-sport complex, hotel, and retail areas. Convention and Tourism
The Park City Convention and Tourism Board will discuss and vote on a $20,000 funding request from Friends University Wrestling. They will also consider a request from Kansas Best Robotics. Approval of previous meeting minutes is also on the agenda.

City Council
The Park City Council will consider an ordinance allowing extended hours for alcoholic liquor and cereal malt beverage sales during the FIFA 2026 World Cup. They will also decide on final plats for two new subdivisions: Sartain Addition and Grove Estates Addition. Additionally, resolutions to pave and install sewer and water infrastructure in Grove Estates are up for approval.

Community Relations Board

Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals
The Park City Planning Commission will discuss and vote on several zoning changes and subdivision plats. Staff recommends approving the Grove Estates rezoning to allow 46 mixed residential lots north of 85th Street North. The agenda also covers preliminary and final plats for the Glen at Park City and Sartain Additions, plus two special use permits for metal recycling facilities.
