Code Enforcement Special Magistrate

The Special Magistrate will review several properties alleged to be operating as rentals without required town permits. The body will also address a fire code violation at a 7-Eleven location.

Town Council

The Ponce Inlet Town Council will review two major ordinances: one establishing a new townwide stormwater utility with associated assessments, and another updating land use rules for certified recovery residences. The council will also approve mid-year budget adjustments, adopt sewer rate changes tied to the City of Port Orange, and discuss lighting upgrades along South Atlantic Avenue.
