Recreation Commission
The Recreation Commission will vote on an ordinance amendment to park hours (Sec. 38.2) and approve its own by-laws. The Director will report on the state of parks, upcoming events, and proposed Wayne County allocations for 2024-2026. Old business includes review of the park hours ordinance and discussion of the 2025-2026 county allocation.

Tax Increment Finance Authority
The TIFA board awarded Sachse Construction the Romulus Athletic Center Renovations contract and authorized the director to execute the bid agreement. A vacant land purchase was tabled for the next meeting. The board also approved $10,000 for City Hall repairs and $25,000 in Aerotropolis annual dues.
