Historic Preservation Commission

Sanford Tourism Development Authority

Sanford Planning Board
The Sanford Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing with City Council to consider a zoning map amendment for six parcels totaling roughly 4.5 acres near Palamino and Dogwood Acres drives. Otter Creek Properties, LLC is requesting to change the current conditional townhome district to an Urban Neighborhood zone to permit additional housing types. The board will also approve meeting minutes and review reports from recent City Council actions.

City Council
The City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adopting the annual operating budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. They will also hear a rezoning request for six parcels near Palomino Drive and approve several consent items including stop signs, speed limit changes, and funding agreements for sidewalk and sewer projects.
