Council to consider Trail Ridge Estates Part 4 development deals

The council will discuss and possibly approve several items for Trail Ridge Estates Part 4, including a conditional zoning agreement amendment, developer's agreement, and preliminary plat. Other major items include converting Saddleback Estates from a Planned Area Development to a subdivision, reviewing a storm water report after recent flooding, and approving FY27 wages and salaries. A street closure for the American Legion Legacy Run on August 24 is also up for a vote.

Solon council to vote on water and sewer rate increases

The Solon City Council will consider final readings for Ordinance No. 496, which amends water rates, and Ordinance No. 497, which amends sewer rates. The council will also approve the form for Request for Proposals for the Solon City Centre and Fire Station redevelopment projects.
