Electoral Board Meeting Agenda
The Suffolk Electoral Board approved changing Saturday early voting hours from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. starting in 2026. The board also adopted an Electronic Participation in Meetings Policy (unanimous) and a Duties and Delegations document (unanimous). A motion to send a letter to the City Manager about restroom access at polling places failed for lack of a second. The board removed an agenda item (Incident Report) that had already been discussed (2-1 vote).

The Suffolk Electoral Board met over three days to canvass the April 21, 2026 Special Election. The board entered closed session to discuss provisional ballots, verified seal numbers, and counted provisional ballots. The canvass concluded with certification of results.
