City Council
City Council will consider awarding a bid to L4 Electrical, LLC for repairing the lighting system at the Glennon Center. The dimming system for the ballroom lights is obsolete and no longer works. The bid amount is not to exceed $28,750. The council will also authorize the City Manager to issue the notice to proceed.

The City Council will hold a second reading and vote on Ordinance 612 adopting the 2026-2027 budget, which keeps the millage rate at 86 mills and transfers $300,000 to a new Capital Reserve Fund. Council will also consider a second reading of Ordinance 613 to update abandoned vehicle regulations, and discuss personnel matters regarding the Chief Municipal Judge. The agenda includes proclamations for local sports teams and a Tree City USA designation, plus an Eagle Scout project presentation.
