Master Plan Implementation Committee
The committee is reviewing updates to the Master Plan Action Item workbook. Members are discussing activities related to land use, conservation, housing, and transportation. The group is also coordinating logistics for an October community forum and a town-wide update meeting.

Sewer Commission
The Sewer Commission will consider authorizing engineering services for the Route 1A force main project and a Clean Water State Revolving Fund pre-application for asset management. They will also weigh abatement requests from property owners at 30 Pine Street and 2575 Ocean Boulevard, approve new and renewed sewer installer licenses, and review sewer charges and fees for the coming quarter.

Parsons Creek Advisory Committee

Conservation Commission
The Conservation Commission will perform a series of site walks to review proposed developments and modifications. These visits are used to assess environmental impacts before granting approvals.

Jenness Beach District
The Jenness Beach District will hold its Annual Meeting to conduct official ballot voting and other district business. The first session is scheduled for 3:00 pm at Rye Town Hall.

Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on a request for rehearing of a previously denied administrative appeal concerning 1373 Ocean Blvd. They will also consider an extension of variances for 22 Powers Ave and multiple variance requests for properties at 1278-1280 Ocean Blvd and 63 Cable Rd. All applications must be initiated by 10 PM.

Recycling Education Committee
The committee is meeting to coordinate a guest speaker from Keene and develop new educational materials. They will also discuss updates to plastics recycling and the local swap shop.

The Rye Recycling Education Committee organized July 4th outreach and decided to find a different speaker for a co-sponsored library event after rejecting a $250 fee. They assigned tasks for swap shop management and article submissions. No formal votes were recorded.

Long Range Planning Committee
The Long Range Planning Committee will discuss conservation land development and cottage courts with Vanessa Farr of Haley Ward. They will also consider next steps and other ordinances for the NHHOP Grant 2.0. This meeting focuses on land use and housing policy.

The committee met with a consultant to discuss simplifying the Conservation Land Development (CLD) ordinance. Discussions focused on acreage requirements, density concerns, and yield plan calculations. The committee will meet again in July to continue exploring revisions for future submission.

Select Board
The Select Board will hear updates on Parsons Creek and consider a Heritage Commission proposal for a Veterans Monument on the town green and four new signs. A public hearing on the town-wide fee schedule is tabled. The board will also vote on a Granite State Clean Fleets Grant Award, operating budget line transfers, and Fourth of July fireworks permits.

Conservation Commission
The Conservation Commission voted to rescind its May 14th approval of a pergola at 1090 Washington Road after determining the easement did not permit the structure. They also recommended that the 701 South Road subdivision applicant substantially reduce wetland and buffer impacts and consider a single access road. An Eagle Scout bench proposal for the Town Forest was approved.
