Transportation, Mobility & Greenways Advisory Commission
The Transportation, Mobility & Greenways Advisory Commission will hold a joint review of two concept plans: a tourist home at 100 Blackwood Drive and a bar/nightclub at 405 East Main Street (Nightlight relocation). The commission will also discuss the UDO Code Diagnosis and receive updates on Safe Routes to School, Vision Zero, and Prioritization P8.0.

Stormwater Advisory Commission
The Stormwater Advisory Commission will review a draft letter to the Town Council proposing a collaborative stormwater treatment case study at Parker Street. The body will also discuss updates to the Unified Development Ordinance and residential assistance programs.

Planning Board
The Planning Board is reviewing concept plans for a tourist home at 100 Blackwood Drive and a nightclub (Nightlight) at 405 East Main Street. They will also discuss the UDO Code Diagnosis and approve minutes from the April 23 meeting.

Housing and Human Services Advisory Commission
The Housing and Human Services Advisory Commission will approve May 2026 meeting minutes, hear presentations from Freedom House Recovery Center and Pee Wee Homes, and receive an update on the Affordable Housing Plan. The meeting also sets the summer break and next meeting date.

Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment will hold a quasi-judicial public hearing to determine if a school and preschool facility on a bona fide farm requires a land use permit. The board will also review a decision document for a special use permit request at 113 Glosson Circle.
