The Board will hold a public hearing and vote on the $2.125 million general fund budget for FY 2026-2027, which maintains the current property tax rate at $0.25 per $100 valuation. The budget includes a 3% cost-of-living adjustment for employees, a new community programs/code enforcement position, and increased sanitation fees due to CPI adjustment. Also on the agenda is approval of an MOU for The Glenns II-Phase 2 framing activities and appointment of a Centralina representative.
