Village Board

The Village Board will discuss a simplified rate increase for the water utility and the first reading of ordinances regarding lead water service line replacement and electric bicycles/scooters. The board will also review a conceptual plan for a commercial building and handle several municipal appointments and contracts.

Plan Commission

The joint Architectural Board and Plan Commission will review a proposed residential addition at 1161 Mary Hill Circle. They will also consider a conditional use permit and signage for 83 Hartland Business at 805 Cardinal Lane. A conceptual review for a new office building at 345 Cottonwood Drive is on the agenda.
