Arts Commission
The Webster Groves Arts Commission will discuss and potentially vote on the approved budget for FY26/27, as well as old business including public art on utility boxes, the City of the Arts proposal to City Council, and updates on sculpture garden plaques and repairs. City Council - Regular Meetings
The City Council will consider third reading of an ordinance to issue $4,905,000 in general obligation bonds for park improvements authorized by voters in 2024. A new ordinance creating fire lane and parking restrictions will be introduced. The consent agenda includes budget amendments for the Kirkham/Elm culvert project and Big Bend streetscape, plus contracts for city attorney, audit, insurance, software, mowing, and pool management. The work session will discuss low-speed vehicle regulations.

Old Webster Business District Advisory Commission

Historic Preservation Commission
The commission holds public hearings and considers demolition recommendations for two single-family dwellings: 7 Algonquin Lane and 411 Greeley Avenue. They will also approve prior meeting minutes and receive staff and council updates.

Architectural Review Board
The Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on two projects in historic districts: fire-damage repair and addition at 34 Marshall Place, and a bay addition at 438 Park Road. They will also consider a resubmittal for a new single-family dwelling at 856 Marshall Avenue, and several other submittals for additions, porches, and a pavilion. A preliminary review is scheduled for an office renovation at 17 W. Lockwood Avenue.

City Council - Regular Meetings
The Webster Groves City Council will adopt the Fiscal Year 2027 budget and approve a $4.9 million general obligation bond sale to fund city projects. The council will also pass a new ordinance updating pay grades and compensation ranges for all classified and unclassified city employees. Additional items include budget amendments, a discussion on the S. Elm Mill multi-use configuration, and approval of several consulting agreements and equipment purchases.

Traffic Advisory Commission
