Park and Recreation Committee
The Parks and Recreation Committee will hear a presentation from HKGi on the village's Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan and may take action on the plan. They will also receive an update on the Kennedy Park renovation and capital campaign. Other items include discussions on food allergy signs, a dog day at the aquatic center, mowing and trimming, and results from the Farmers Market feedback survey.

Mountain Bay Metropolitan Police Oversight Board
The board will discuss and possibly take action on terminating the Boldt Company contract and approving a new agreement with HTG for bid and construction. They will also receive updates on evidence/property at 5303 Mesker Street and police operations. The board will review the budget-to-actual report.

Finance & Human Resources Committee
The Finance & HR Committee will review May budget and financial reports, including TIF and utility status. They will also discuss and possibly vote on amendments to personnel policies regarding clothing/equipment allowance and employee appearance.

Board of Review
The Board of Review will meet to certify the annual assessment roll and correct any property description errors. The board will also hear objections from taxpayers regarding their property assessments and establish procedures for testimony and hearing waivers.

Village Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees will consider several infrastructure projects, including street reconstructions and watermain replacements. They will also process annual business license renewals and discuss the results of a recent SAFER fire referendum.
