The West Point Planning Commission will hold a work session to discuss a proposed rezone of a 4-acre parcel at 3763 W 1800 N from agricultural to commercial zoning for a Holiday Oil development. Staff will also review proposed text amendments to align local accessory dwelling unit rules with state law. During the general session, the commission will vote on a conditional use permit for an 1,800-square-foot pavilion requested by the LDS Church at 855 N 4000 W.
