The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider a request to rezone Lot 2R of the Onetri Subdivision from M-1 Light Industrial to C-2 General Commercial. The Bullard City Council will hold public hearings and vote on annexing 111.79 acres for Vintage Estates, rezoning it from Agricultural to Single Family Residential, and granting a variance from curb-and-gutter requirements. Additionally, the council will vote on purchasing two 2026 Dodge Durangos for the police department and approve financial policies.
