Design Council
The Design Council will vote on approving 90% design concepts for public art along the Arkansas River Corridor. They will also approve a Request for Qualifications for integrated public art on East Douglas Avenue from Washington to I-135. The council will review and approve 2027-2036 CIP Percent for Art funding allocations. Additionally, they will discuss improvements to community engagement in the public art selection process and consider City Council input for Design Council appointments.

Delano Design Review Committee
The Delano Design Review Committee will evaluate eight property improvement requests in Wichita’s historic Delano Overlay district. Staff recommends exempting all projects from full design review because they involve replacing existing roofs and gutters with matching materials. The committee will also discuss two pending applications and note that one previously reviewed project has no updates.

Delano Design Advisory Committee
The committee will advise on two residential projects under the Delano Overlay design guidelines. The first involves a major exterior remodel at 400 N Elizabeth Street, including rebuilding the front porch with stucco, replacing asbestos siding with stucco, and adding a concrete parking pad. The second is a new 12x20 shed at 208 S Vine Street. The committee's consultation will be forwarded to the Design Review Committee for final action.
