County Commission

Commissioners voted 5-0 on June 23 to approve a consulting services agreement with John Fitzpatrick and to introduce Ordinance No. 282, which would amend Chapter 20 (Utilities). A public hearing on the ordinance was set for July 7.

A work session earlier that day covered the consulting agreement, the ordinance, and a special event permit for the Goosetown Softball Tournament, but no votes were taken. The tournament permit was discussed at length in the regular meeting but was not voted on.
