LEDA board weighs incentives for Project Infrared; manufactured-home rule among zoning debates

The Lubbock Economic Development Alliance board was set to vote on a performance agreement for a code-named business expansion and a 102.1-acre land purchase for another unnamed project during its June 24 meeting, though minutes had not been published at press time. Consent-agenda items included the sale of the Ty Cooke Gas Generating Facility to Adakon Energy and contracts for water system expansion.
