Council to vote on Valero water deal, facade grant Monday

The Charles City Council is scheduled to vote Monday on an amended water usage agreement with Valero Renewable Fuels and a downtown facade improvement grant, following two weeks of discussions on property transfers, poultry regulations and a nuisance property.
