Next week, the Planning & Zoning Commission will discuss and take action on the storm drainage impact study and water metering plan for the Shady Oaks Site Plan and Land Use Application at 320 Roaring Springs Road. That application was previously approved contingent on these studies. The commission meets July 7 and will also approve minutes from its June 2, 2026, session.
