City Commission to consider water rate ordinance, budget amendments

The City Commission will vote on Ordinance No. 1796, which amends water rates in Section 52.17 of the city code. Two supplemental budget amendments are on the agenda: Supplemental Budget Amendment No. 1 to the FY 2025-2026 General Fund and Supplemental Budget Amendment No. 1 to the FY 2025-2026 Restricted Sales Tax Fund. Routine consent items include appointments to committees and facility use agreements with rodeo associations.
