Conservation Commission approves garage, drainage permits; hearing set for pond maintenance

The Conservation Commission unanimously approved two wetland permit applications – for a two-car garage on Porter Avenue and drainage improvements on Lake Shore Drive – and scheduled a public hearing for a pond maintenance project on Somerset Drive.

Application #536, for pond maintenance on Somerset Drive, was unanimously set for a public hearing on July 28. The commission accepted application #538, a single-family home on Watertown Road, as filed.
