City Council considers housing bonds, firearms rules

The Forest Lake City Council held a public hearing and was set to vote on issuing bonds for a multifamily housing project at its June 22 meeting. The council was scheduled to vote on reducing a letter of credit for Hidden Creek Phase 3 utility and street improvements.
