The Common Council will hold a public hearing on rezoning two parcels: one from Agricultural to R-1 Residential (owner Gwendolyn Koehn) and one from R-1 Residential to R-3 Residential (owner Joe Johnston). The council will also consider approving $442,675.77 in payments to Market and Johnson for utility work and $79,748.70 to Haas Sons, plus consent agenda items including the same rezoning requests. Other items include a temporary alcohol license for Music in the Park, a two-hour parking limit on West Maple Avenue, and a street closure for a library event.
