The Cactus City Council approved the consent agenda, tax collection contract, and cooperative purchasing agreement with TexBuy. They authorized the city manager to put unsold lots in Cactus Parkview Addition out for bid for single-family residential development. The council denied a rezoning request at 315 Lometa Drive to allow a duplex and adopted an ordinance restricting sex offender residency near child-focused facilities.
